NBT Bank Celebrates Opening of New Webster Office

Webster, NY (May 29, 2025) – NBT Bank celebrated the unveiling of its new office Thursday at 1075 Ridge Road in Webster, NY.

“It is my great honor and pleasure to be a part of today’s ceremony to celebrate the opening of our newest office in the Western Region,” said Regional President Tim Brown. “I am proud to say I’ve gained all my banking experience working right here in the Rochester market, and I am thrilled that the first NBT Bank branch in the Greater Rochester area is located five minutes from our family home.”

In addition to meeting space to connect with NBT financial experts, this new full-service office features a drive-through, 24-hour ATM and night drop services.

“With the opening of this new office and the integration with Evans Bank, we have now meaningfully expanded our footprint into the Western Region of New York,” said NBT Bank President Joe Stagliano. “We view this as an investment in our future and a commitment to not only our employees and customers, but also the community.”

NBT officials also presented a donation to the Webster Museum & Historical Society, located nearby at 18 Lapham Park. Through research, collection, preservation, educational programs and exhibits, the Webster Museum & Historical Society is dedicated to increasing the understanding and appreciation of Webster's vibrant history.
