How can I reorder checks?

The quickest way for customers with existing checking accounts to reorder checks is online, by logging into digital banking, or calling our automated NBT Banker line at 1-800-628-2265, then choosing option 5. You can also order through your branch or by contacting our Customer Support Team.

Please note that we cannot accommodate first-time orders online due to security reasons. New checking account customers may order their first set of checks at one of our NBT Bank locations.
