NBT Bank Promotes Carlo Fusco to Regional Commercial Banking Manager

Albany, NY (August 31, 2026) – NBT Bank announced that Carlo Fusco has been promoted to Regional Commercial Banking Manager for the Capital Region. Fusco is based at NBT Bank’s Eastern New York Reional Headquarters at 677 Broadway in Albany.

Fusco joined NBT Bank in 2022 as a Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager and has played a key role in the growth and development of the Capital Region team. Since joining the bank, he has strengthened client relationships, contributed to regional growth and served as a mentor to junior colleagues, helping build the team’s capabilities and leadership pipeline. In this new role, he is responsible for high-level development, implementation, and oversight of Capital Region commercial lending strategies at NBT.

Fusco brings more than 20 years of commercial banking experience, primarily in the Albany market, to his new position. He also brings significant industry expertise and a strong professional network. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ursinus College and a master’s degree in bussiness management from The College of Saint Rose.

Active in the community, Fusco is a past board president and current board member of Unity House of Troy. He also served as co-chair of NBT’s workforce campaign for United Way of the Greater Capital Region, helping lead the team to record-breaking campaign results during the past two years.
