NBT Bank Promotes Jill Eddy to Director of Retail Administration and Operations

Norwich, NY (August 18, 2026) — NBT Bank announced that Jill Eddy has been promoted to Director of Retail Administration and Operations.

In her role, Eddy leads the daily operations and administration of Retail Banking over 170 locations across the Bank’s seven state footprint. She is responsible for operational oversight that ensures a high-quality, efficient and consistent in-branch experience through focus on employee and customer engagement.

Eddy has consistently taken on roles of increasing responsibility since joining NBT Bank more than 12 years ago. Most recently, Eddy served as Senior Retail Banking Manager. She is also a graduate of NBT’s Star Impact senior leadership development program. Prior to joining NBT, Eddy worked for Commerce Chenango, facilitated Leadership Chenango for several years and owned a small business. She is a resident of Norwich and serves on the Norwich City Youth Bureau and as vice chair for the Chenango Foundation.
