NBT Bank Opens New Office in Webster

Webster, NY (April 3, 2025) – NBT Bank opened a new retail office at 1075 Ridge Road in Webster, NY. The full-service branch will offer drive-up banking, a 24-hour ATM and night drop services.

NBT Bank is a strong, stable community bank that has served New York State for nearly 170 years,” said Joe Stagliano, President of NBT Bank. “This new location in Webster is NBT’s first branch in the Western Region of New York, soon to be followed by 18 additional offices as we complete our pending merger with Evans Bank.”

In September 2024, NBT Bancorp Inc. and Evans Bancorp, Inc. announced plans to merge. Bank regulators and Evans shareholders approved the merger in December, which is now slated to close in early May, pending customary closing conditions. An integration team with representatives from NBT Bank and Evans Bank is preparing for a simultaneous systems conversion.
