NBT Bank Welcomes Lucas Scarchilli as Manager of ALM and Treasury Analytics

Albany, NY (April 16, 2024) – NBT Bank has named Lucas Scarchilli as Vice President and Manager of Asset and Liability Management (ALM) and Treasury Analytics.

Scarchilli brings extensive experience in financial analytics and risk management to NBT and will support the company’s treasury analytics efforts.

Scarchilli joins NBT Bank with nearly two decades of experience in the banking industry, including a succession of financial analysis roles in Albany, New York. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Siena College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Clarkson University. Active in his community, he has served on the board of The Arts Center of the Capital Region in Troy, New York.
