NBT Bank Welcomes Mihaly as Mortgage Originator

Glens Falls, NY (April 9, 2026) – NBT Bank announced that Tesha Mihaly has joined the company as Vice President and Mortgage Loan Originator, serving customers throughout the North Country region.

Mihaly will partner closely with individuals and families to guide them through the home financing process. She will review financial profiles, explain mortgage solutions tailored to each customer’s needs and provide end-to-end support from application through closing. Working in close collaboration with NBT Bank’s home lending operations team, she will help ensure an efficient and positive mortgage experience.

Mihaly’s extensive local knowledge, industry expertise and strong community ties further support NBT Bank’s commitment to delivering trusted, relationship-based mortgage solutions throughout the region. A lifelong member of the Bolton Landing community, Mihaly brings more than 16 years of mortgage experience in the North Country. She began her career in real estate shortly after high school, earning her real estate license before transitioning into mortgage lending. Prior to joining NBT Bank, she served as a Residential Mortgage Officer at Arrow Financial Corporation.

Mihaly has deep community roots and maintains numerous leadership and volunteer roles. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Pine Knolls Alliance Church, the Wiawaka Center for Women, and the Children’s Committee of Warren County. She is also an active member of 100 Women Who Care of the Northeast and the Christian Business Women’s Connection.
