NBT Bank Names Anthony Casillo as Senior Business Banking Officer
Newburgh, NY (March 24, 2026) — NBT Bank announced that Anthony Casillo has been named Senior Business Banking Officer based in Newburgh, NY.
In his role, Casillo will focus on helping business banking customers clearly define their goals and then connect them with the tools that best support their success. His approach will center on making banking easier, more efficient and more personalized so customers can focus on growing their businesses with confidence.

Casillo joined NBT Bank, formerly Salisbury Bank, in 2012. Since then, he has served as a Relationship Manager and Senior Commercial Lender where he established strong client relationships and comprehensive knowledge of NBT and its values. He brings over 30 years of experience in banking and strong customer service.
Casillo earned a bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey was part of the Leadership Orange Graduating Class of 2011. Active in his community, Casillo serves on the board of the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh.
