NBT Bank Celebrates Retail Branch in Concord

CONCORD, NH (June 17, 2021) – NBT Bank held a ribbon cutting ceremony earlier this week to celebrate the opening of its new retail banking office at 118 North Main Street in Concord, NH. In addition, NBT contributed $3,000 to local community organizations, including the New Hampshire Food Bank, Concord YMCA and New Hampshire Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselors Association.

“At NBT, we believe in supporting the communities we call home and are honored to help these organizations continue the critical work they do every day here in Concord,” said NBT Bank Branch Manager Karen Waters.

NBT opened its new regional commercial banking office a few steps away at 114 North Main Street, Suite 401 in 2020.

“Both our retail and commercial teams are experienced in the Concord market and are looking forward to working together to offer a comprehensive set of financial solutions for individuals and businesses,“ said NBT Bank President of New England Stephen Lubelczyk.

Concord Branch Manager Karen Waters leads NBT’s retail banking efforts with the support of Relationship Bankers Kassie Lamper and Kim Gray. Waters, Lamper and Gray work closely with Commercial Banking Relationship Manager Connor Theroux and Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager Jay Hood, who are based at the regional commercial banking office.

NBT Bank’s retail banking office is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features an ATM that is accessible 24/7. An additional ATM is also located at Hannaford Supermarkets, 73 Fort Eddy Road in Concord.
