NEW NBT BANK BRANCH COMING SOON TO DERUYTER

DERUYTER, NY (March 3, 2020) – NBT Bank is proud to announce that it will be opening a new location in DeRuyter, NY. NBT is establishing a branch in the Genevieve D. Staley Civic Center at 735 Utica Street in DeRuyter, which will open in early spring.

“NBT Bank was founded more than 160 years ago as a community bank just a short drive away in Norwich,” said NBT President of Retail Community Banking Joe Stagliano. “While our footprint has expanded throughout the years, our focus remains on building long-term financial relationships with individuals, businesses and organizations in and around the rural communities we serve.”

The Civic Center is shared with Town of DeRuyter Municipal Offices, Town of DeRuyter Court, DeRuyter Free Library, DeRuyter Community Services, and a Madison County Sheriff's field office.

“We understand the mission to serve rural communities and are excited to be partnering with the Town to fill a void in the community by offering a physical location for banking in DeRuyter.”
