NBT BANK WELCOMES DAVYDOV, CHITESTER

BURLINGTON, VT (February 22, 2021) - NBT Bank Regional President Dan Werme announced two new additions to NBT's Vermont team. Tatiana Davydov has joined the company as retail market manager and Kelsey Chitester is the new branch manager of the company's Essex office.

“Tatiana and Kelsey both bring valuable Vermont banking experience,” Werme said. “We look forward to seeing how their operations and customer service skills will enhance our customers' experience.”

Davydov has 15 years of banking experience, most recently serving as branch manager for People's United Bank. In previous roles, she has been responsible for the management, training, and coaching of employees, as well as oversight for customer service excellence.

Chitester joins NBT from People's United Bank where she served as sales and service supervisor in Swanton and South Burlington. Her background includes team leadership and customer experience management. She is currently working to achieve a business degree from the Community College of Vermont.
