Aceto Joins NBT Bank as Regional Business Banking Manager
Utica, NY (April 28, 2026) – NBT Bank Mohawk Valley Regional President David Manzelmann announced that Frank Aceto has joined the company as Business Banking Regional Manager for the Mohawk Valley, where he will join NBT’s experienced full-service team to lead business banking efforts and support local businesses throughout the region.
Aceto brings more than 15 years of financial services experience to NBT Bank. Most recently, he served as a Community Lender at Adirondack Bank, where he managed a portfolio of more than 300 business customers and originated commercial loans up to $350,000. His background also includes branch leadership, sales coaching and prior roles with First Niagara Bank and HSBC.
In his new role, Aceto will work closely with business owners to understand their financial needs and connect them with tailored banking solutions that support growth and long‑term success.

Aceto holds a master’s degree from Utica University and is actively engaged in the community. He serves on the Town of Deerfield Board of Assessors and is a board member of Central New York Quest.
