NBT WELCOMES MAUREEN KENNEDY TO CT TEAM

HARTFORD, CT (February 16, 2020) — NBT Bank Connecticut Regional President Andreas Kapetanopoulos announced that Maureen Kennedy joined NBT as Vice President and Senior Business Banking Officer.

Kennedy brings broad experience in the financial services industry to her new position. Most recently she served as Branch Manager for People’s United Bank on Hebron Avenue in Glastonbury. She also has extensive experience in small business lending and development.

Kennedy earned her bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University as well as a degree from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management. An active member of her community, she currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Central Connecticut Celtic Cultural Committee and is a volunteer with the Connecticut River Valley Chamber of Commerce.

NBT began to serve the New England region in 2009 with the opening of its Vermont Regional Headquarters in Burlington.
