NBT PROMOTES JASON HOOD
MANCHESTER, NH (September 14, 2021) – NBT Bank President of New England Stephen Lubelczyk announced that Senior Vice President Jason Hood has been promoted to New Hampshire’s Regional Commercial Banking Manager.
With 17 years of experience, Hood is responsible for high-level development, implementation and oversight of commercial banking strategies for NBT Bank in New Hampshire. He joined NBT in 2017 as Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2020.
“During his tenure with NBT, Jay has demonstrated his skill at supporting our commercial banking customers with effective financing and cash management solutions,” said Lubelczyk. “A graduate of the bank’s executive management training program, Jay is a natural and proven leader with great promise to further accelerate NBT’s emerging role in the New Hampshire market.”
Before joining NBT, Hood was a Commercial Team Leader with Georgetown Bank in Georgetown, MA. Prior to that, he held commercial banking positions in Manchester with People’s United Bank and Eaton Partners, Inc. Hood earned his bachelor’s degree from North Park College in Chicago. He has been an active volunteer in the Manchester North youth soccer and baseball programs for many years.
