CRAFTS HIRED AS COMMERCIAL PORTFOLIO MANAGER
PORTLAND, ME (December 6, 2019) – NBT Bank Main Regional President Kimberly Twitchell announced Theresa Crafts joined the bank as Commercial Portfolio Manager. Crafts is based at NBT’s Maine Regional Office in Portland.
“We are excited to continue growing our team in the Portland region,” said Twitchell. “Theresa brings a strong history of customer service and commercial banking experience that will serve our customers well.”
Crafts has over 30 years of experience in commercial banking and portfolio management. Prior to joining NBT, she was a Portfolio Manager for Citizens Bank in Boston, MA. She also gained extensive experience in credit analysis and customer service in the New England region.
Crafts earned her bachelor’s degree in History, a master’s degree in Urban Studies and her MBA from the University of New Orleans. She also earned a master’s degree in Software Engineering from Brandeis University.
