NBT Opens Retail Branch In Concord

CONCORD, NH (March 25, 2021) – NBT Bank announces the opening of its new retail banking office at 118 North Main Street in Concord, NH. The new location complements the regional commercial banking office established by NBT in 2020 at 114 North Main Street, Suite 401.

Concord Branch Manager Karen Waters leads NBT’s retail banking efforts with the support of Relationship Banker Kassie Lamper. Waters and Lamper work closely with Commercial Banking Relationship Manager Connor Theroux and Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager Jay Hood, who are based at the regional commercial banking office.

NBT Bank’s retail banking office is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features an ATM that is accessible 24/7.
