NBT BANK PROMOTES CONARD TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
CANAJOHARIE, NY (July 21, 2022) — NBT Bank announced the promotion of Regional Agricultural Banking Manager Jennifer Conard to Senior Vice President.
Conard has over 25 years of experience in the agricultural and financial services industries and joined NBT as a credit analyst. Since that time, she has worked as an agricultural relationship manager and commercial banking underwriter. Prior to joining NBT Bank, she was the executive director for the New York Holstein Association.
Conard earned her bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. She lives on her family’s 750-acre dairy and crop farm in Sharon Springs, NY. Active in her community, she is a member of the New York Holstein Association, the OHM Holstein Club and the Canajoharie Library and Art Gallery. She presently serves on American Banker Association’s National Ag and Rural Banker’s Committee, Northeast Ag & Feed Alliance’s Membership Committee and Holstein USA’s Audit Committee.
