NBT BANK WELCOMES CLEMENT, DUCHARME

ALBANY, NY (May 26, 2021) — NBT Bank announced that Alexis Clement and Justin Ducharme have joined NBT and are based at the bank’s Capital Region Financial Center on Wolf Road.

Clement serves as Assistant General Counsel and comes with more than 13 years of corporate law experience, including providing counsel related to all types of loan transactions, obligated group health care financing structures, employment, disclosure, compliance, licensing and contract matters. Her most recent position included serving as counsel at Barclay Damon in Albany, NY. She earned her Juris Doctor at Northeastern University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University. Clement resides in Troy, NY.

Ducharme joins as Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. He possesses more than a decade of service in the banking industry, with expertise in loan portfolio and customer relationship management. Ducharme comes to NBT from his position as commercial lender at Berkshire Bank. Prior to that, he served in similar roles at Kinderhook Bank and Enterprise Bank. He earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA from SUNY Albany. A resident of Glenmont, he serves as Steering Committee member of the Capital Region Chamber’s Young Professional Network and Leadership Tech Valley.
