CARNRIKE-GRANATA PROMOTED TO SENIOR DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION SECURITY

NORWICH, NY (February 22, 2022) - NBT Bank Chief Credit and Chief Risk Offer Amy Wiles announced the promotion of Terra Carnrike-Granata to Senior Director of Information Security.

“Terra is responsible for not only our growing team that helps maintain the informational integrity of our company, she is also an educational advocate who believes a strong understanding of fraud and information security risks is the best prevention tactic,” Wiles said.

Carnrike-Granata has extensive experience in the areas of economic fraud and information security. She joined NBT Bank in 2008 as Assistant Vice President and Information Security Officer and most recently served as Director of Information Security. She earned her master's and bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice from SUNY Albany. She also holds a Security + certification and is a Certified Third-Party Risk Management Professional.

Active in the community, Terra serves on the Ithaca College Cybersecurity Advisory Board, as secretary for the Hospice and Palliative Care of Chenango County, is a member of the Holy Family School Advisory Board and is a past Chair for the Chenango County United Way Board of Directors.
