NBT BANK PROMOTES BECHTEL
OSWEGO, NY (January 4, 2022) - NBT Bank President of Commercial Banking Sarah Halliday announced the promotion of Jolene Bechtel to Commercial Banking Specialist Manager.
“With this new position, Jolene will help solidify the duties, skills and career path of Commercial Banking Specialists throughout the bank,” Halliday said. “She will work closely with our Commercial Training and Process Management teams to make processes more efficient and rewarding.”
Bechtel has 20 years of banking experience, most recently serving as Commercial Process Management Officer. She earned an education at State University of New York at Oswego and is currently enrolled in NBT's Lead@NBT development program.
Bechtel is an active member in her community, serving as board member for the Child Advocacy Center, fundraising committee member for Catholic Charities and as a youth soccer coach.
