How do I manage my payments?
At NBT Bank, we offer our customers a number of convenient options to pay their Aircraft loan.
No Fee Loan Payment Options
If you wish to make changes to the current auto-debit set up for your Aircraft loan payments (e.g. changing the date or the bank account), please contact the Aircraft Lending team at the team’s mailbox aircraftloans@nbtbank.com or reach out to team members.
You may be able to make a one-time or recurring payments electronically from your financial institution if they offer Online Bill Pay functionality.
- Mail your payment to us at NBT Bank Loan Operations, P.O. Box 149, Canajoharie, N.Y. 13317.
- Write your loan account number in the memo line of your check.

Call NBT Service Center at 833-628-2265 (1.800.NBT.BANK) weekdays 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (EST).
Initiate the email to the Aircraft Lending team to paydown your loan. In your request for loan payoff, please include the reasons, such as:
- Selling aircraft without replacement
- Selling aircraft with replacement
- Refinancing
- Information only
- Other
