Solar Loan Naming Changes
NBT Bank made solar loan systems updates, resulting in new Solar Loans naming changes:
- “Interest Bearing Portion” is now referred to as “Monthly Payment Portion”.
- “Zero Interest Portion” is now referred to as “Deferred Payment Portion”.
To keep all customer communications consistent, we’ve updated Loan Statements, eStatements, NBT Digital Banking, Solar Lending Webpages and all relevant customer communications. These changes do not impact the terms of your Solar Loan and no actions are needed on your part. This notice is informational only.
